The program is called Mortgage Savings Program or MSP, and it is a bi-weekly mortgage payment program.  What we do is debit your checking or savings account one half of your normal monthly mortgage payment, every other Friday that can match with your current pay date.  What this does is allow you to make 26 half payments per year, which is equivalent to 13 full payments yearly.  Due to this extra payment that will be applied directly to principal every year, your principal balance is lowered significantly and the amount of interest accrued is lowered over the life of the loan.
